How to convert PDF to XLS

When you have added the PDF files you want to convert to XLS files. Click the "Settings" button and then pop up the parameters setting interface

(1) Convert Mode:
>Use default mode to convert PDF to Excel: Select the mode, it can automatically convert all the contents of PDF to Excel.
>Use Adobe Reader to convert PDF to Excel: Select the mode, it needs the adobe reader PDF reading tool support, and you need to select and copy the converted text of PDF with manual.

(2) Extract the characters of Pdf to convert:
It is useful when using the default mode, select the option, it can only convert the text of PDF, but it can not convert the image of PDF. If you do not tick the option, it will convert all the contents of PDF, including text and image

(3) Use pagination to output Word/Rtf original content:
Check the option, it can separately convert each page of one multipage Word/RTF to one Excel file, create the number of Excel files according to the number of Word/Rtf pages. Uncheck the option, it will merge all the pages of one multipage Word/Rtf to create one single Excel file

(4) Merge sheets of the Excel original file:
Check the option, it will merge all sheets of one Excel file to one single sheet then to convert one single Excel file. Do not select the option, it will separately convert each sheet which includes content to one single Excel, create the number of Excel files according to the number of sheets that have content.
